Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight and Canada Posts' shipping rates.
Q: How long until you ship out?
Most items are made at time of order. That means your item will be shipped out at the latest 14 days after your order has been placed. If you are in a rush, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Q: How long will it take to get to me?
Shipping times will vary from country to country and we can not guarantee a specific arrival date for your items. However, if you are in a rush, please choose expedited shipping. If you don't see shipping times that you would like, please contact us directly.
Q: What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Finale Sale Items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. Any items that are returned dirty/in need of cleaning will be subjected to 15% cleaning fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. How long it takes to show in your account will depend on your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should contact us at email@example.com and we will give you the next steps for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: Do you wholesale?
At this time, we do not currently wholesale any of our items as everything we make is all made in small runs. The only exception to that is Suzie's Bombshell Boutique in beautiful Port Dover, Ontario.
